BREATHING EXERCISE TO START 20 CONNECTED BREATHING (VRC)


Inspires and exhale through the nose

1. It takes four short breaths.
2. Then a long.
3. Four short breaths and a long, four times, non-stop.

Notes:
– Une inhalation to exhalation in a continuous circle.
– Twenty breaths must be connected.
– We must not hold the inhalation or forced exhalation.
– Breathing should be natural. We must not try to force it or control it.
